I'm trying to get my sleep back into a decent pattern, going to bed around midnight rather than 2am these days, at least. Also cutting down on drinking, have almost completely stopped snacking, smaller portions during meals, cutting down on carbs, and going to the gym.
Decided it's time to get back into shape, so I can get rid of this fucking gut.
