A while ago an old friend of mine was good enough to scan a load of very old photos and upload them to FB
Much nostalgia was had by all, but one of these pics is just horrible. Al will tell you he can get it off my FB because my security is rubbish, whereas in fact he must have saved it as I banned him from accessing my FB due to his previous form in this respect.

I just had a quick look at your profile and fair play to being able to dance properly! A good mate of mine runs a dance school and has a great time. After that, the odd 'embarrassing' photo shouldn't hurt too much, should it?
