the cutlery is not too bad.
the kitchen knives... they make me weep q. as a former chef, it really hurts to use them.

I use two generic supermarket 10" knives
They have stayed sharp for 10 years

I have one of those
it's still insanely sharp. And a generic supermarket 10" knife that's fairly good.
