There must be some H+S/COSHH rules about what you can/can't do with liquid nitrogen, surely?
Along the lines of "Never drink it"?
If the idea's to make your drink bubble/freeze/appear to smoke, then if you don't leave it till it's stopped there's still going to be some in there, and someone already half cut isn't the best judge of that.
Someone's going to get sued big style, unless they give you the drink with a huge disclaimer sheet.
