I can have rye, quinoa, oats, and just about anything else.
As soon as wheat enters the equation I feel awful.

it's probably wheat that's the issue, then. Rye has a fair amount of gluten in it. It's also almost impossible to get oats that aren't contaminated with wheat gluten at low levels.

I know, hence why just cutting gluten out of my diet is easier than trying to pick and choose which foods are okay.
I pretty much have just been looking at the pack and if it says "May contain traces of gluten" I put it back on the shelf.
