I was in the big smoke all day yesterday and I got so spankered there's a four hour period I have no memory of and I managed to miss the Sparks gig I was there for in the first place. And Koko in Camden was shit, full of too-cool-for-school fucktards with the personality of my cock-dribblings. The masonic lodge in covent garden was pretty cool though.

I was in Koko on Tuesday
for Amanda Palmer. I realised I was too old for gigs when I decided that 4 hours standing up with other people's sweat dripping from the ceiling wasn''t for me and left before the last song.

The building itself was greater entertainment that the people on stage
The band were pretty good, called Fridge Magnets I believe, but the venue is fantastic. I half-remember being thrown out of the pub/bar across the road from it. Not sure why, but there are a number of contenders I'm sure. I have a terrible habit of being an awkward smartarse with bouncers when I'm drunk.
