I saw a flat on Tuesday that was really good
and only a couple of minutes from where I am now. I emailed the agent on Wednesday and got a call on Thursday that they'd got a renter moving in at the weekend but a "really good offer" might get it for me. I admit, my first offer was a bit low but that's negotiation, surely?

Cunts.

I think you ought to get that chapel conversion.
It's exactly the sort of needy, look-at-me, lolwakki flat that I'd totally go for. I'd fill it with books and wear a cardigan.
