Thing is, it should be self-regulatingSurely if you get that obese, you're no longer able to get to the fridge/cooker, so should starve until you can move again?
I remember watching some programme about a really obese bloke who went to "fat camp" - and his mum kept smuggling him in pizza and Mars bars - she should have been thoroughly slapped, then done for attempted manslaughter IMO.

Parents with fat kidsWho still feed them snacks etc should be seen as a form of child abuse
