Soon as I get into work I grab a pint glass and get some water
so I've got that covered.

Steak sounds a bit intense for breakfast, but I might give it a go. Would this be a regular steak e.g. 8oz fillet or some kind of special breakfast steak, perhaps thinly sliced or something?

All steak is good steak

The old adage is to breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper.
So perhaps go for the bigger steak for breakfast.

I think a few small thin steaks with a couple of eggs would be fucking amazing for breakfast

googling has an american recipe that advocates 2 steaks and 4 eggs
the fat fucking bastards.
