The point was that ecstasy takes its toll on your kidneys.
If you have healthy kidneys then there's no problem with it.

oh absolutely the only time ecstasy can have any detrimental effect on someone is if they have pre existing kidney problems.

It's a pretty safe drug compared to a lot of over the counter ones.
And also compared to alcohol and tobacco.
