I have discovered that not only can I not get access to my online savings account, but I can't reset the password without going into a branch either.
Which sucks. I do have my account book for the non-web based account, so hopefully I can convince them I'm who I claim to be and get it sorted. And the majority of my savings are in an account I can get at, but these savings are my "pay fees/furnish flat" money, so it would be REALLY good if I could get at it.

otherwise it's a percentage of the purchase price. And to be honest they appear to have access to some pretty funky deals so I'm reasonably comfortably. Like 2.7% for 2 years about half a percent lower than I could find.

And I have overall responsibility for my area of compliance.
By your definition, most office jobs are admin, seeing as they are administrative in some way.

I mean, okay I'm pleased they don't let someone who can't remember the answers to half the security questions have access to my account, but even the phone monkey couldn't help. Possibly because I think I forgot to notify them when I moved to London so my postcode was wrong.
