plus, when every note and chord has already been used, all music is sampling to some degree.
Just scale it down and instead of arranging snippets of pre existing music into a new arrangement, you're rearranging notes and chords of pre existing music into a new arrangement. It makes no real difference whether the method is electronic or acoustic.
