Sweet, Ma' said it was good James Bonding "for those who don't normally like James Bond (as well as those who love them)" .
I'm not a lover of the films, so I think I might like it, but I'm gonna DVD it instead when it comes out.

Dad used to say "I want 20 deaths in the first 10 minutes, then a good schloof up 'till the end when we see who the baddy is" when it came to the pictures.

It kind of set things up for being a bit more 'old school Bond', which is no bad thing in my book.
I like Daniel Craig as Bond, but I kind of wish they hadn't tried re-booting the series and kept Judi Dench as 'M'; they should have re-cast the part.

I thought the Moneypenny thing was stupid.

(, Mon 17 Dec 2012, 20:02, Reply)
It was a bit daft in context.
Still, would.

Cool, what do you mean by that?
The only ones I've really seen and enjoyed was Goldeneye.
(, Mon 17 Dec 2012, 20:06, Reply)
The new ones with Daniel craig have been
harder edged, less reliant on gadgetry and had a complete absence of Q, Moneypenny. This one was the same, but they've set things up to be more traditional in that respect.

IMO Skyfall is also the best Bond film since Goldeneye.

I liked Quantum of Solace
But Skyfall was pretty good.
(, Mon 17 Dec 2012, 20:11, Reply)
I've only seen Quantum once
and was distinctly non-plussed by it. I have it on DVD though, so it may be due for a re-appraisal.
