I'm going to have my signature breakfast in the morningIn cross-section view:
twist of sea salt and black pepper
sprinkle of fresh thyme
2 fried duck eggs, cooked together in the same pan to cover the exact area of the toast
5 slices of Stornoway black pudding, arranged as per the 5-spot on a dice
1 slice of buttered thick cut granary toast
