I discovered about 4 months ago now that I'm having a lot of trouble with gluten, as well as MSG. And there's something else that we haven't been able to pinpoint. Makes my mouth tingle and abit puffy, and I get hives. Not fun.

OuchHave you had a checkup at the doctors? Be a bit weird if they couldn't pinpoint an allergy.

well see it's in the caf food on campus. and it seems to be in everything.so because we can't access the caf food ingredients lists, I have no idea what's causing it.
