I can't believe Samoa and higher ranked than Wales.I know the Welsh are shit by definition, but that's surprising.

Points systems are flawed though as you don't get more points for beating better teams, look at the football top ten for exampleColombia are 5th, but that's because they play lots of easy friendlies I believe

England won't be a pool 1 pick for the next RWC which is in England. Coz we are 5th and there are 4 groups.
