I made a beef bourguignon in the slow cooker today
finished it off with 10 minutes on the hob to thicken it up. Absolutely lovely.

What have you done lately you're proud of?

Ah yes.
Non-specific cheap meat. I quite like a bit of non-specific cheap meat from time to time.

I'm not sure I approve of using a non-Burgundy booze for a bourguignon though. That's probably against the law in France.
