I get that, I just don't find her funny.
She's like that guy in the pub who's constantly telling stupid, offensive jokes because he recognises that comedy is sometimes outrageous but has no idea how to deliver it.

But it's not consistent.

I was always surprised when you actually heard Bob Monkhouse doing comedy that he was actually a very funny bloke at time with some real quick lines, it's just a shame he ended up doing shit quiz shows.

Yeah, when I was growing up, Monkhouse was in his quiz descent
and he was the sort of faintly embarrassing comedian that your parents liked when all the cool older kids were all "yeah, Ben Elton, yeah, The Young Ones!"

Turns out Monkhouse was actually very clever and Elton's a talentless hack. I'll have to check with Dozer, but I think that there might be some irony in there.
