quickly seal the meat and get the crackling a bit burnt
place in slow cooker
Pour on BBq sauce
Stir in several teaspoons (the equivalent of dessert spoons for Battered) of smoked paprika
Cook on low for about 7-8 hours

Oh I forgot, I also chopped up about 4 onions and chucked them in too. They were lovely.
