Just had a bug raised that this rule we've created is bilateral when they wanted unilateralThe idiot had only gone and confused a RULE with an AGREEMENT. CRAZY!!!
I would have hoped it would be clear that a rule is something that applies to both parties whereas an agreement just applies to one.*
*this is sarcasm, our system is set up this way and it makes me cry
