It can take time but London is a big busy place. I was travelling home from Euston yesterday to Lewisham and did it in 30 mins, train to door. Despite the tourists.

Bullshit. The only time it's difficult is when there is engineering work at weekends and even then it's simple.I hardly ever hear a London resident moan about getting across town.
