alright everyone?
Last night I cooked spinach and ricotta canneloni from scratch. Except the pasta tubes, they were dried.

Surprisingly easy really.

I made a tomato and red wine sauce with fresh basil and capers
Made the spinach, ricotta and pine nuts mix, made a bechamel sauce and layered those fuckers up.
