I had an absolutely cracking go at a customer earlier. I trotted out the old 'please calm down, your manner is necessarily confrontational and aggressive' in an unnecessarily confrontational and aggressive manner - basically I phone-trolled this prick and he bought the whole act and flipped.

If he was he was more legless than Oscar P: he called back aout five times getting more and more confused and embarrassed.
I think he's probably taking it out on his wife by now. She was completely reasonable.
