yes Darth, if you eat less and exercise more you may find your self getting tired. sheesh!
also if you've gone veggie without putting the right amount of protein into your diet by other means this will also not help.

or less of one when I stopped, or more of one again now when I mostly avoid meat for the sake of my waistline, rather than principal.

because I was hardly eating any meat in the first place. Also am eating loads of protein. I think the problem is that since I came off the antidepressants I've been having trouble sleeping again

why did you come off then? you were barely on then long enough for them to kick in. feel free to gaz if the answer is personal.

Side effects are why. Increased appetite and diminished (read: nonexistant) sex drive. Been much easier to shift the weight without them, which in turn helps me feel better about myself. Plus the endorphins from increased exercise are keeping me chipper. Lack of sleep is the only real downer.

I came off them because I couldn't come. plenty of sexdrive but just never got there. no fun at all. I'd have hoped the exercise would tire you enough to sleep. have you tried good old fashioned sleeping pills? zopiclone are lully

I ended up taking twice the prescribed dose (on doctors advice) but that got me off nicely. thing is they'll only ever give me a few, so I save them for the bad nights.

I'll give it a week or so though, I've got a lot going on at the minute, it might pass.
