Flexi time used to mean finishing early on Fridays
At this place only about 20% leave at 5, there's a certain amount of disapproving stares if you do. Also given I typically roll in between 5 past and half past 9 I usually work till I've done my 8 hours anyway.

and out by anything up to 9. regional lawyers are more like 8-5. i get a lot of "oh you london types don't start til 11" bollocks.
