I might have to do desk chat in a bit.
Why is every desk sold for less that like £600 ugly as fuck. I just want something to put things on.

I've got this ancient old writing desk.
Means I sit off to one side, which is a bit awkward, but it's a lovely old solid wooden jobbie. Wouldn't swap it for anything you can get at an office suppliers.

And ugly

I agree with both statements
However the rapey one didnt disclose his taste and I would say that at a ton it is a good deal... there are also many others on there that would be worth a look it was merely and example of what could be found for less than 600 notes

Piece of shit, mate.
I tend to buy a lot of my furniture off eBay.

Ikea had some reasonable ones last time I was dragged in there iirc

I made one a couple of weeks ago
Had to fit an awkward space (half a chimney breast, a bed and a radiator to clear) so I used 25mm MDF for the top, cut it to shape with a curved front edge, routed the front edge over and bought Ikea legs for it. Couple of coats of paint and bob's your mum's live-in lover!
