Saw some protestors on the way home from town on Saturday
They were protesting against new powers brought in to shift squatters, with the enthusiasm only students from white, middle class homes can muster. They ought to shift the squatters into their (parents') houses. Bet they won't want to protest then. I figure, don't protest against something you'd want to be in force if you were the victim. The victim being the property owner, in this case.

it's now a criminal offence to squat in a resi dwelling
so they are targeting commercial instead. empty pubs are a prime target as they usually have facilities like kitchens, bathrooms etc.
