Shop keepers and publicans should simply look at the person they are serving and dtermine the price
if they are a ruddy nosed tramp, wack up the price, if they are a gel haired townie asking for a round of alcopops, wack up the price, however if it's a nice middle class person having a couple of bottle of wine with their supper then make it nice and cheap.

maybe, they tend not to go out fighting at least
just the cost of healthcare that's an issue and lets be honest, they've paid for that more than some fat diabetic waster from the council estate
