I did see him play the whole thing live at the album launch last month and it was really good. But then he played the old stuff. No real comparison.

Still bought tix for the October tour though.

Stagger Lee is a fucking great tune.

My favourite Bad Seeds album is The Boatman's Call. It's patchy as fuck, but the four or five great songs tower over most of his work.
