I used to work with two Daves
Big Dave was so named because he was in charge of the others (including Little Dave), and Little Dave had a reverse nickname because he was massively obese. True story.

I had two guys working in my reseach group called Will
both sizeable. So one was Big Will, and the other Big Scary Will.

Thing is, Big Will was actually called Craig.
