triple cooked crunchy chips with houmous or garlic/spicy mayo. or crispy golden fries smothered in feta or blue cheese. or proper dirty yorkshire chippie chips with salt and vinegar.

see, i'm a northerner really. the worst kind of chips are either some shitty vegetable pretending, like parsnips, or those massive block cut "jenga" chips that are all potato and no lard.
