I'm not very good at this so I've got my good friend to write this out for me.
Hi, my name is Eds. I'm a pretty tall loveable oaf. I'm a chef who loves to cook and really enjoys food, my best dish is [best dish], but I'm just as happy down the greasy spoon as I am up for some posh-nosh. I'm very tall, 6'4", and it's true what they say about tall people; they give fantastic hugs.
There's nothing more that I love to do than to go for a run with my dog, Mungo. She's a life saving [bread] who never fails to make me smile, even when she's had a go at the pillows [insert the picture of when mungo ate that pillow].
