Force feed 'em til their livers burst, make them smoke fags, pour shampoo in their eyes, I don't give a shit. Likewise oppressive regimes, torture etc - fill yer boots, I couldn't care a fig if one group of mental wailing swarthies kills their fucking neighbours. In fact I think it's actively good.
