I didn't say that there were any samples used in the Bod theme, I said sampling had already been invented in 1975.

You're right - there is no sample there.
I think HH is referring to the little figure near the opening of that clip (F#, F, D#, C) which are the same notes as the end of the second and fourth line in the verse of Minnie the Moocher.
