Possibly
I'm bored, Chompy - what's going on in the world of the NHS?

Soon anyone will be able to "review" their experience with the NHS
by phone or by website. I'm trying to work out how many people will bother. I think it'll be a lot.

Problem with things like that is mostly people who have a bad experience will take the time to complain

That's not actually true with the NHS.
Especially GPs, they get away with a fuck load, but people respect them so they very very rarely complain.
Most complaints don't come from patients, they come from family members of patients.

You can already go onto the NHS pages to have a moan about the receptionists at your local GP.

I mean, I suppose you could write other things, but no one has so far.

That's all run by local SHA's
now it's going to be a national centralised service.
