No I don't think Rob gives a flying fuck, but if B3th is going to mod /OT he should give her the 'powers' to do so properly (and by properly I mean within the guidance stated in the FAQ).

I think you're underestimating how little rob cares.
If he does give her proper mod, it'll be to shut everyone up, not to aplease anyone. That's if he was the one who gave her mod powers, there's gonna be more than one admin account.
