That looks pretty smart.
I have to say I was appalled at how shit the science museum is. Some of the exhibits are like GCSE homework. Total gash.

The Wallace Collection (Manchester Square I think) however, is fucking amazing. Loads of meh French furniture but downstairs is without doubt the finest collection of weapons I've ever seen. And I live in the East End.

You're never too young for weapons.
Looks like *someone* here hasn't watched Shogun Assassin.

Looks like *somebody* is one of these namby-pamby leftist
bleeding-heart liberal hand-wringers that get all weepy when they see child-soldiers busting warlord chops.

The gay.

We took the kids to the Science Museum a couple of months ago and weren't impressed
The National History Museum next door, on the other hand, was awesome, particularly the kids lab in the basement, a free hour playing with microscopes and stuff.

Someone told me that one's no longer free entry - is that right?

(, Fri 3 May 2013, 9:55, Reply)
It was free when we went in February
website says so too - it's called the "investigation centre".

Dinosaur bit costs extra though and is queued up (we didn't bother)

Best to go down there first and book in for later, gets busy.
