I sometimes buy sandwiches from from "artisan bread" from bread.
Seems like it's tougher and less refined than normal bread. Brilliant.

Isn't it odd that the fewer ingredients that go into a loaf the more it costs?
So if you don't have to refine the flour or put in additives etc it's more costly right? You're definitely not taking me for a fucking mug here are you? Oh good, here's a tenner.

Living as I do next to wankfest Broadway Market I can nip up and get artisan bread towards the end of the day for a quid a loaf.
By then it's already stale.
