So I 've got this really nice recipe for ribs, I can cook them in the oven then finish them off on the BBQ!

Post it then.

He's stalking me as badly as I'm stalking Rory.
With all this stalking going on, the internet's going be become a less safe place for children to play on :(

Careful, if you talk about kids Bartleby will start posting.

Pre-cooking in the oven is for losers.

(, Wed 8 May 2013, 10:00, Reply)
So is burning food or food poisoning.

(, Wed 8 May 2013, 10:08, Reply)
That's for bad bbq cooks rather than losers.

(, Wed 8 May 2013, 10:14, Reply)
in the oven, yes.
Some things it's worth boiling in water first. Ribs are one of them. Means you can have the BBQ on a fierce heat and get good caramelisation more easily, and they don't dry out.
(, Wed 8 May 2013, 10:39, Reply)
Nah
boil them first. Stops them drying out. Boil them in a big pan of water for 30mins to an hour, cool them, marinade them, BBQ.
