I was going to respond to your Alt with the hilariously self-contradictory "I'm not going to dignify this with a response"
but Monty has provided a response which actually sums up pretty well what I would have said, were I to dignify it with a response.

Ironically, this response to Monty's response has taken up much more of my time and thought than my original idea for a response, or should I say non-response, would have.
