Of the top of my head, frame, Bottom Bracket, Cranks, Gearing, Brakes, Pedal type, Crank Length, Wheel size, tyre size, tyre treads and many more
I've ridden a lot of bikes and each part makes a difference to the overall ride.

My commuting bike has 2 wheels a metal frame and a seat. So does Sportos bike. Ask him if you think they ride the same.

If sporto rode my bike the way he rides his it would break in seconds, but if I rode his the way I ride mine I would have a heart attack and die trying to get it up to 40mph.

I am saying that despite having two wheels, a metal frame and wheels our bikes are very different. And that your assumption that all bikes are the same is rubbish and you are not only bent but a spastic.
