I watched Django Unchained and liked it a very great deal.
How about THAT, internet?

I have watched most of it at my parents and enjoyed what I saw a lot.
I have a copy at home which I intend to watch at some point once I've finished watching the latest series of Modern Family.

I like some of it....
But they could have done so much more with it

No wonder Spike Lee was ranting

Spike Lee is a prick.
I thought it was a classic blaxploitationy Western revenge film, and found it very satisfying. Spike Lee would have overcomplicated it and tried to make 'clever' points when the whole point of Quentin T's films is that they're tributes to those great old trashy films of the past.

Face value, guns and revenge: 9/10.

Leonard of Capri was superb in it too, a really jolly good turn from the Capri boy.
