I want to know more about these.I bought some chili-jam that i love to eat with lamb chops on a bed of turkish rice.

Todays one is banana, ginger, onion, bit of brown sugar and two types of chilli (scotch bonnet and something jalapeno-ish)The other two were tomato, mango and garlic based. The only difference between them was the raw scotch bonnet mixed through one of them.
