It's not that i'm not adventurous, it's just that I don't come across 'weird' meats that often. I've had some african game in the form of Jerky, can't remember what exactly though.
How 'bout you?

Horse; many times. Ace.
Kangaroo. Once. Quite dry.
Crocodile. A few times in Asia. Overrated.
Ostrich. Very nice indeed. Very lean.
Snake. Quite dull. Probably the way it was cooked.

I quite like kangaroo as well. And alligator.

Panda being one.
I'm happiest with British game though; jugged hare, saddle of venison, roast grouse. Not expensive either when purchased from the right farm shop in season.

the next time I fancy a nice bit of venison, I've got to send the wife to the butcher's when she's on the blob? Gotcha.

I think what might be considered weird to a lot of people would be some jewish stuff. I think they're from a finnish influnce.
- "sweetened chopped herring" - Delicious and cheap, like a vinegary paste
- "Chopped Chicken Liver" - It's a bit expensive what you get, but I like it. It's not very 'liver'y. More of a corse Paté.
- "Fish Balls" - Tiny sweetish balls of a doughy-fish paste (not sure what kind) that have been fried.... lovely with Taramasalata.
- Geffetle Fish - Never had.
Thinking about it, I think Taramasalata is probably the 'weirdest' one, I can't imagine what an american would think of it.

Sometimes I've shared dishes. Sometimes not. No way would I share a horse steak. Too delicious.
