You don't have to pay much to get decent in ear phones without the controls/mic.
I suspect if you have to have that then you'll end up paying a silly price.

I have a pair of Phillips ones in my bag that I've had for years that cost £7
They are actually better than the Sennheiser (i think) pair that I paid about £100 for. I was annoyed.

They actually say 'high end' in the spec. I've got through 2 pairs and both are now fucked BUT THEY SAY TECHNICS ON THE HEADBAND BIT AND YOU GET A LEATHER BAG!!!!!!
