So right if this guy you work with always smells of curry and one day you tell him that he always smells of curry and if he's white that's okay but if he's indian it can get you fired and charged with racism in the workplace
then I dunno, the law sounds pretty racist if it's different rules depending on ethnicity.

i once had a landlord who told me with perfect seriousness that i had to write to the tenant of flat 1 because the drain blockage was rice and it must be her as she was chinese
i pointed out that the 3 single lads on the top floor were perhaps far more likely to be responsible for dodgy takeaways etc. he wouldn't have a bar of it. stupid old racist.
