God help you if you need a bit of assistance with a machine. But this place is proper scary fancy, I have to see a physio, dietician and personal trainer 4 times a week for 8 weeks. Eek.

my one is very well decked out, the gear is all fantastic, and they have a great weight section etc, and i imagine if you were on a program you'd do really well with them, but they clearly only get paid by the client or something as they are like vultures.
