Given he's never around you'll be fine.

hahahahaha yeah hahahaha

(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 21:19, Reply)
I'm watching a charming documentary on Jon Lord.
It's not the best way to seek attention but it is really jolly good.
(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 21:32, Reply)
I'm watching that Dogtown & Z-Boys documentary

(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 21:41, Reply)
I'm sitting in my garden stoned off my gourd and full of curry

I've decided that i'm gonna hand my notice in at the end of the month.
Was well pissed off today, one of my bosses is a complete dick, made me feel like a right idiot when its him taking now 2 months to send me some basic settings.
(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 23:11, Reply)
I saw them at Chelmsford Army and Navy Once.
A week after seeing Napalm Death, fact fans.
(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 22:20, Reply)

(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 22:30, Reply)
Inorite.
Also: I have only drunk one pint of booze tonight.
I plan on making up for it tomorrow.
There's no way I'm spending a night in Coventry sober.
(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 22:50, Reply)
wtf are you doing in that dump?
Don't tell me you're guest of honour at Twang Club with Pooflake, Placid and Tango?
(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 22:53, Reply)
Fuck's sake man. I might be going to Coventry, but I'm not a fucking cunt.
OR at least, I'm not THAT flavour of cunt.

Also: did you totally check out dat Deltron 3030 album?
(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 22:55, Reply)
I did. loves me some Del

(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 22:57, Reply)
The combination of him, Kid Koala and Dan The Automator is pretty much irresistible.
Christ, the album even makes Damon Albarn not sound like a complete and total Nakers.
(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 23:00, Reply)
I'm a big admirer of Automator
Even though he produced Pills by Primal Scream. You know, the one where Bobby Gillespie tries his hand at rapping.
(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 23:02, Reply)
I like to justify that one to myself by telling myself he probably had some billz to play or sutin.
There's very little he produces that's actually unlistenable.
I'm a big fan of the 'Lovage' album he did with Mike Patton. That whole album is like a really, really creepy lounge seduction music. Imagine if you can, gonzo on a date night. That's what it sounds like. Only good.
(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 23:06, Reply)
I loved that Dr Octagon record he did with Kool Keith & Q Bert

(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 23:07, Reply)
I've not heard dat shit, but would be amenable to doing so.

(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 23:11, Reply)
Ecologyst is the album.
As in 'Octagonecologyst'.

LOL!
(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 23:13, Reply)
Oh man, I get this joke.

(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 23:15, Reply)
Also:
If you cunts haven already done so I heartily recommend both volumes of Luke Haines' autobiography.
His music was largely dreadful but he is massively, entertainingly, universally vile about every single British musician ever.
(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 23:16, Reply)
I quite like The Auteurs

(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 23:17, Reply)
I liked that one they did.

(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 23:22, Reply)
Showgirl?

(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 23:23, Reply)
No, I think I always kept it hidden.

(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 23:30, Reply)
Sitting around naked
I'm just pretending I'm doing it to keep cool

Watching Scratch now

(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 22:35, Reply)
oh I am so sorry I never sent you that.
I found it when making room for Len's dvds. It's great. Did you see that keepintime film?
(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 22:38, Reply)
Bits of it.

(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 22:38, Reply)
I liked it

(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 22:39, Reply)
Me too.
One for the Placids I think.
(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 22:41, Reply)
you walk out halfway through and go home?

(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 22:42, Reply)
Nah.
The respect shown to what the DJs are doing from men who have exponentially more musical talent and grasp of musicianship than any twang club wanker is quite humbling.
(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 22:44, Reply)
ah I see
Does raise an eyebrow at the 'it's not real music' crowd doesn't it
(, Fri 19 Jul 2013, 22:55, Reply)
You know what? I'm far more likely to take seriously the view of the guy that played drums on Let's Get It On on DJing as music than I am the view of some fat cunt that plays acoustic guitar in a pub in Coventry.
