I'd probably make some pasty with some TreXzibit.
Anyway, I'm going to stay inside this weekend, wrapped in a fud of fried food. MY deep fat fryer has come out of storage! REJOICE IN THE GLUTTONY.

I want to do the deep fried ice-cream thing I had in a Mexican restaurant years ago. Was coated in something resembling cornflakes and drizzled with honey

Probably Panko breadcrumbs
But deep frying icecream is surprisingly easy. Nutella is the hard one.

Scotch eggs - with cheese on the outside.

I can deal with that.
I might make normal scotch eggs too.
