so looking at the populol page, we ain't that populol today
i don't get this thing of putting everything AA does on the popular board. how are his updates any worse than monty banging on about crap music, or me whining about crap men, or kroney lusting after crap cars, or trouser chat or vegetable chat or homebrew chat or motorway chat or computer chat or film chat or persistent sock puppets... either i have missed something majorly hilarious, or it just ain't that funny, because frankly everyone here is capable of being tedious as fuck!

Just put my car through its MOT.
At the garage, there's an old Audi 100 Quattro estate from circa 1988 standing derelict. I'm tempted to ask them how much it'd be to put it back on the road.

Curves are for women and fags.
Cars designed with a ruler are what I'm all about.

I've been looking at renting a couple of old cars for the old mans 70th birthday.

(, Thu 25 Jul 2013, 16:37, Reply)
great idea
i love classic cars. they so pretty.
(, Thu 25 Jul 2013, 16:42, Reply)
Found a place in Scotland
That'll rent me a Triumph Herald convertible (the sort of car my dad had when he met my mother) and an e-type Jag, which he has always wanted but could never afford/justify.

It doesn't work out that much more expensive than going to Hertz and renting a Focus for a couple of days.
(, Thu 25 Jul 2013, 16:45, Reply)
I've thought about getting one of those Rovers. They're fucking hard as nails.

(, Thu 25 Jul 2013, 16:39, Reply)
to be honest, that i wouldn't mind at all
i think it's much cooler than that boxy box. one of our family friends had one of those, in a sort of dark turquoise colour, caribbean blue or something. these days everyone's car is black or silver.
(, Thu 25 Jul 2013, 16:41, Reply)
You'd be lucky to see 22mpg out of one of those V8s, though.
Not really an austerity measures vehicle. Sexy as fuck, though.
(, Thu 25 Jul 2013, 16:44, Reply)
Not really a problem
When every 21 miles you'll have to take it to a garage for repair.
